PT. Rafitama Millenial Wahyudi is now hiring Sales Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales activities for customers to achieve sales targets provided by superiors.
• Create a database of all customers and build good relationships with customers, both new and registered customers.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical support teams to support sales activities.
• Make monthly and annual Activity Plans to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct visits to customers according to the schedule of visits and promote the company’s products to seek sales transactions.
• Report to superiors about sales achievements and daily working progress using CRM tools.
• Respond to all customer complaints and follow up to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the process of bidding and selling until payment is made according to agreed terms of payment.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree from Engineering field or equivalent with GPA min. 3.00
• Having min. 1 year working experience as Sales Engineer
• Having good personality, good negotiation skill, and good communication skill
• Having driving license.
• Having experience in industrial area.
